Contactformulierberichten: maximaal 12 maanden na het laatste contact, tenzij een zakelijke relatie tot stand komt.
Bij een zakelijke relatie: maximaal 7 jaar conform de fiscale bewaarplicht.
Wij verkopen uw persoonsgegevens nooit aan derden. Uw gegevens worden alleen gedeeld met de volgende verwerkers, uitsluitend voor zover strikt noodzakelijk:
Hostinger International Ltd. — webhosting en e-mail. Locatie: EU (Duitsland). Met Hostinger is een verwerkersovereenkomst gesloten conform artikel 28 AVG.
Intuition Machines, Inc. (hCaptcha) — spambeveiliging contactformulier. Locatie: Verenigde Staten (buiten de EER). Doorgifte vindt plaats op basis van Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) conform artikel 46 AVG. Meer informatie: hcaptcha.com/privacy.
Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om uw persoonsgegevens te beveiligen tegen verlies, misbruik of onbevoegde toegang. De website maakt gebruik van een beveiligde SSL/TLS-verbinding (HTTPS).
